Description

Try this high-protein vegan appetizer for any occasion. Delicious plant-powered starter to impress and nourish.

Ingredients
  • 1 vegan flatbread (pre-made)
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • Drizzle of balsamic reduction
Instructions
  1. Spread hummus evenly over the flatbread.

    Top with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until the veggies are tender and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.

    Remove from oven, top with arugula, and drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
