Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands (soaked in 1 tablespoon warm water)
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios (shelled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A few extra pistachios, saffron strands, and a drizzle of honey (Optional toppings)
Instructions
  1. Blend the almond milk, frozen banana, soaked saffron (including the water), and half of the pistachios until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with chia seeds, the remaining pistachios, a few saffron strands, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
