Ingredients
  • 2 cups carrots (grated)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
